I loved the room with a king size bed. The location was particularly good and stunning, for example, World Waterpark was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. In general the service was friendly.

Good sized and themed rooms, etc.
The total stay was wonderful for all travellers. An individual safe, an air conditioning and an ironing set inside the superior queen room were handy. The food was fab, with plenty of options. The hotel was in a perfect location, in a mall. The staff was amicable - I will come back.

You should definitely book a theme room....the price difference is not so big....and these rooms are totally beautifully furnished...
Actually, there's nothing to criticize here.

Not having to go outside especially due to bad weather outside. The room was at the end therefore had more windows when I asked if one was available they did not hesitate and gave us and end room. The staff were very helpful in every way. We were able to just go into the Mall for a meal at one of the many restaurants.

The room was very nice and spacious. TV was great.
Went to Hotel restaurant at recommendation of hotel staff but did not know about coupon for restaurant. The next day, when I found it, the Hotel would not apply the discount. Staff at restaurant were very nice but food was not good.
